A new 12-episode series from the gang at Redleg Nation Radio
There is no baseball at the moment, so we are happy to present you with the second episode of our brand new series, Building the Machine. Over 12 weeks, we're bringing you the story of the Big Red Machine, Cincinnati’s baseball dynasty that changed the game forever. Day by day, year by year, you’ll see how the Machine was constructed, all the highs and lows, and the legacy that remains.
Each episode will focus on a single year, from 1969 to 1979. If you didn’t get to experience the Big Red Machine as they were dominating baseball, you’re going to enjoy the chance to experience the story as if you were there, and learn more about the names and events that were so important in shaping the narrative around the Cincinnati Reds.
If you were fortunate enough to watch the Machine live, this will be a fun blast from the past.
Here is Episode 2 of Building the Machine: Sparky Arrives.

Opening Day is here! Well, it was supposed to be baseball's Opening Day, but unfortunately, world events have caused the season to be delayed. That doesn't stop Chad Dotson and Chris Garber from discussing the current state of the Reds, and what the season might look like when it's played.
More importantly, however, we deliver the first round of this year's Redleg Madness. This year, 64 of the least memorable and most obscure Reds of the last four decades compete to be declared RNR's favorite. There were some big-time upsets, so stay tuned!

The Reds season is on pause, but there is still plenty for Chad Dotson and Doug Gray to discuss, including an actual roster move! We also speculate about what a shortened season might look like, talk about potential post-season schemes, and we become baseball commissioner for a day.

Chad Dotson and Chris Garber are together once again, and this week we attempt to ignore Spring Training. Okay, not really. Listen and you'll see what we're talking about.
We do discuss Nick Senzel's return the the lineup, Luis Castillo's brilliance, Trevor Bauer's...ummm, Bauerness, and Sonny Gray's cheat code. Plus much, much more, including Viewer Mail. Enjoy!
