We wrap up another year of shows by looking back on the 2021 season, a season that was one of the best in recent Reds history in many respects. There were a ton of great moments, and Chad Dotson, Nate Dotson, and guest Wick Terrell (of Red Reporter) count down the top ten.

It's a special holiday edition of The Riverfront as Chad and Nate Dotson use quotes from the classic Christmas movie "Elf" to describe your Cincinnati Reds. Which Reds player smells like beef and cheese? Who sits on a throne of lies? Travel with us through the seven levels of the candy cane forest, the sea of twirly swirly gumdrops, and across the John A. Roebling Bridge for this, another episode of the World's Most Dangerous Show!

A 12-episode series from the gang at Redleg Nation Radio

The off-season is here, so we are happy to present you with our original series, Building the Machine. This winter, we're bringing you the story of the Big Red Machine, Cincinnati’s baseball dynasty that changed the game forever. Day by day, year by year, you’ll see how the Machine was constructed, all the highs and lows, and the legacy that remains.

If you missed the show when it first aired, here's what you can expect: Each week, we’ll be bringing you episodes, each focusing on a single year, from 1969 to 1979. If you didn’t get to experience the Big Red Machine as they were dominating baseball, you’re going to enjoy the chance to experience the story as if you were there, and learn more about the names and events that were so important in shaping the narrative around the Cincinnati Reds.

If you were fortunate enough to watch the Machine live, this will be a fun blast from the past.

Here is Episode 12 of Building the Machine: The Legacy

Which Cincinnati Reds player had the best single season of all time at each individual position? And which player in recent years had the best single season? Chad Dotson, Bill Lack, and Nate Dotson discuss that topic, along with everything else Reds fans need to know right now.

Plus, a particularly rousing edition of Viewer Mail!
