For the second edition of Redleg Roundtable, Seth Shaner is joined by former Cincinnati Reds first baseman Scott Hatteberg.
The two talk about Hatteberg's career, beginning with the Red Sox, the memorable time in Oakland as depicted in Moneyball and his years as a Red.

Nate was joined by Jeff Trennepohl, host of Sports with Strawberry Ice, and Joe Farfsing, host of The Bengals Show to go hard in the paint on all things Reds related this week. Somehow, despite a lack of major news, they still had plenty to talk about. And had an absolute blast doing it!
They went deep into where the Reds' bullpen fits in the NL Central and if it's good enough to win the division and lead to a playoff run. As always, they wrapped things up with some particularly random Viewer Mail questions from our Patreon family.

Welcome to Episode 1 of Redleg Roundtable - An interview show hosted by Seth Shaner. Redleg Roundtable aims to bring you one-on-one conversations about the Cincinnati Reds from the people that know best.
For the inaugural episode Seth had the pleasure of sitting down with former Cincinnati Reds catcher Eddie Taubensee. During the hour-long conversation they covered Eddie’s path to the big leagues, his time with the Reds, and went into detail on the 1999 Redlegs squad that won the hearts of every Reds fan fortunate enough to watch and listen to them play.
We’re grateful to Eddie for his willingness to have this chat, and grateful to Seth for making it happen. Seth plans to bring us similar content with regularity going forward and we could not possibly be more excited to have him on board over at The Riverfront.

This week the Reds made another signing adding Cincinnati kid Brent Suter to sure up their Bullpen for 2024, Suter is a sure-handed pitcher with many great qualities pitching at GABP in 2024. Tim and Ben will discuss the signing as well as discuss the upgrade to the Bullpen from 2023 to 2024. Lastly, because we still have a little over 2 months until the season starts, we obviously need some sort of silly content, right? We will compare the 2024 Redlegs to...... The Avengers.

Nate was joined by Chad and Bill to discuss the newest member of the Cincinnati Reds - Brent Suter! The gang then dove into the arbitration latest and continued their discussion of position groups and how they compare to other teams in the NL Central. This week it was the infielders!
To wrap things up the gang answered some Viewer Mail questions and maybe got a little off the rails.

Nate was joined by Tim Daniel, host of Late Night Reds, for a New Year Cincinnati Reds Vibe Check! The fellas went out on a limb and made predictions for who they believe will lead the team in several key baseball card metrics like Home Runs, RBIs, Wins, Strikeouts, and more.
After diving in to the news of the week the gang rounded it out by diving in to the Reds starting rotation - specifically how it stacks up against the rest of the NL Central.
Spoiler Alert
It stacks up pretty darn well!
